  Still in a bit of shock that I own this car. I can’t thank Abraham the finance manager enough for working very hard to make things line up and work out in my favor to be able to drive off in this beauty. The most important thing to me was that he kept his word when I had put my deposit on the car. He held onto it and gave me the time I needed to be able to get it. When most other dealerships would’ve sold it to make the sale he actually wanted to make sure I had the best chance to get into the car I wanted. They will definitely have my business when I’m ready to trade in my truck for a newer one. The dealership as a whole is great, customer service and attentiveness is great as well. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

  Rafael was amazing! As a single mom, I was soooo nervous about going alone to buy a car, but he was kind, patient, and never made me feel pressured. Im a pretty anxious person and anytime he saw my anxiety rising he reminded me he was there to help me find what worked for me, and I ended up with the exact car I wanted at the payment I needed.   Originally, I went through the website via Carfax maybe or something similar that sends a message on your behalf, and I got no response. But I really wanted a specific car so I called the dealership while my husband and I were on the way to the Sherwood location. Hardan answered and was helpful from that phone call until our last interaction leaving the lot with our new-to-us vehicle! After looking at the car and seeing that he was honoring our time, I was happy to look at a second vehicle of the same make and model and actually love it MORE!! The biggest advantage of this place is that they do NOT waste your time! They are very up front, incredibly helpful, and extremely understanding of the chaos of family and all that entails with busy schedule or kids tagging along. We only buy used vehicles, and I think this may be our new spot!! Thank you Hardan, Al, and A Motors for incredible customer service and for honoring our time. Tito found us a great car for the budget we had, amanda helped us get all our information set so we could leave with our vehicle even though it was past closing, and she was INCREDIBLE with my kids. She even went out of her way to transfer not 2 but 3 car seats so i wouldn't have to do it myself. Al was the person who handled our contract and was very transparent with everything and made what i thought was going to be stressful so easy.
